MUXI Terms and Conditions Unless other terms are agreed upon, the following terms and conditions apply. The production fee is payable at the time of booking to cover administration, production, and travel costs for filming at the client's location, and/or to hire studio, and/or preliminary web site design. An additional fee to cover further transport costs may be charged for non-mainland UK locations. The client may change the date of the agreed location filming day by giving MUXI no less than 24 hours notice. If less than 24 hours notice is given a charge may apply to cover the cost of MUXI's expenses relating to the project. MUXI accepts no responsibility for the condition of the location or property it finds on the agreed date of filming. MUXI accepts no responsibility for the weather conditions on the agreed day of filming and any effect it has on the video or production. The client will provide reasonable access to MUXI at the location on the agreed day of filming including use of facilities and utilities at the location. It is the client's responsibility to ensure MUXI have access to film in all areas desirable to the client for inclusion in their video. MUXI will not undertake any filming in areas or locations that pose a potential risk to its staff. MUXI reserve the right to make the video to any length as the most marketable final version in MUXI’s own vision.  The client may request a change in length to the video.  A client video length request can be of no more than five minutes in total unless a greater length is mutually agreed by MUXI and the client. MUXI will only make videos as long as is feasibly possible with the video rushes filmed on location. The client will be offered a preview of the edited video before accepting it as a final version.  The client may request edit changes and will be offered a further preview once made.  This process will continue until the client accepts it as a final version, up to 30 days after the first preview is presented. MUXI will provide the client with a preview of the edited video within 7 working days after the filming at the client’s location. MUXI will provide the client with a preview of their new web site withing 14 working days after the first draft is approved. Web packages do not include web site hosting. This may be purchased separately through MUXI or another hosting company. The client has up to 30 days to accept a final version after being presented with a preview of the edited video and/or web site.  If no final version has been accepted after 30 days, the video and web site in its current form will be deemed to be the final version and will be delivered to the client as such. MUXI will own all rights to the edited video and web site until it is accepted by the client and the final amount payable has been received by MUXI, after such time MUXI will forfeit all edited video rights and web site to the client.  The client will own all rights relating to the edited video and/or web site in its edited form and its uses.  This process will not affect 3rd party rights to and their conditions of use for elements purchased by MUXI and used in the video such as music, which remain the right of the maker. MUXI will upload the video to certain public accessible web sites, such as YouTube and MUXI.co.uk once the final version has been created. MUXI will upload the web site to the client's chosen domain or host, if required. The client must inform MUXI in writing if they wish the video or web site to be removed. The client accepts all responsibility for content uploaded by MUXI to public accessible web sites on behalf of client.  If the client wishes any uploaded content to be removed from a public accessible web site it must inform MUXI in writing.  MUXI will remove the content for the client as soon as possible.
